Who are we looking for?  On our youth pilgrimages, we want adventurous spirits who are excited to be alive, people who can adapt to adverse situations with grace, souls who can suffer a 13 mile walk in 100 degree heat... spend the night on the ground with 2,000,000 young God seekers... and walk back the next day in the same heat... all with sheer joy at the opportunity to see the Holy Father, in short, those who are forever young (this has nothing to do with age).  We are looking for persons who are seeking God, have a desire to pray, love the Church, and have an insatiable thirst for the one, the true, the good and the beautiful.  Note:  You will not be required to walk 13 miles if you can't.  We have taken 84 year old priests who could hardly walk.  We do everything we can to accommodate everyone.  The point is that everyone has the desire to sacrifice and bring joy to the group.

Please do not come on a youth pilgrimage if:  you complain about... walking, crowds, missing connections, smoke, pick-pockets, lack of sleep, strange food, heat, humidity, or anything else for that matter (in other words, we are not looking for complainers).  Ask yourself if you:  spend time at customer service counters yelling things like 'I PAID GOOD MONEY... blah blah blah', need lots of luggage (30 pounds is too much), dislike other cultures, suffer TV withdrawal, are reclusive, have head lice.  If you are not sure if this is you, ask your family members or roommates.
