Why Youth in Europe? YIE's founder, Steve Kerekes, began with a tremendous desire to evangelize our youth through pilgrimages to Europe and World Youth Day. Over the years the vision has grown to include not only youth and not only Europe. For this reason, YIE is now the youth division of www.Catholic.travel
Mission Statement: Youth in Europe is committed to providing opportunities for groups and individuals to open their hearts to the Grace of God through adventurous and faith building pilgrimages around the World.
Philosophy: Our philosophy is simple: travel close to the ground and experience the best of the local culture while growing in faith. We want you to eat, sleep, breath, taste, smell and see the country you happen to be in. Our pilgrimages are safe and inexpensive. We want you to interact with the local people and return with great memories of your new friends.
